We collect personal data such as name, email address, phone number, and company name when you fill out contact forms or website-draft forms on our pages. We also collect usage data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps via analytics tools. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
We process personal data to respond to enquiries and provide relevant information about our services (legal basis: legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), to deliver services and fulfil agreements with you (legal basis: contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and to send marketing and newsletters where you have given consent (legal basis: consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Contact enquiries are deleted after 2 years unless a customer relationship has been established. Customer data is retained in accordance with Norwegian accounting legislation and deleted no later than 5 years after the end of the customer relationship. Analytics data is anonymised on an ongoing basis.
Under GDPR Articles 15–22 you have the following rights: the right to access the data we hold about you (Art. 15), the right to have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16), the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17), the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18), the right to data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Send a request to info@nordleads.no to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
We use the following sub-processors that may process personal data on our behalf: Resend (email infrastructure, USA – Standard Contractual Clauses), Notion (CRM and internal note management, USA – Standard Contractual Clauses), OpenAI (AI features within the services, USA – Standard Contractual Clauses), and Vercel (web hosting and infrastructure, USA – Standard Contractual Clauses). All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements and process data only in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
